Clair Tappaan Lodge
Accommodations at Clair Tappaan Lodge are rustic with twin-sized bunk beds and shared bathrooms. Choose from private two person rooms, or larger family rooms to suit your needs. Each bunk comes with a pillow and a fitted sheet.
NOTE: Guests should bring their own sleeping bag or blanket, water bottle, and towel. If needed, towels and blankets can be rented from the front office.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided to guests and cell phone coverage is good at the Lodge.
In an effort to preserve the rustic nature of our Lodge, rooms are not equipped with telephones, televisions, ice machines, or coffee makers. Please plan accordingly. Due to high fire danger, the lodge is a non-smoking facility.

Visiting the Lodge as a family or a large group? Our private group rooms hold between 5 and 18 people.
PRIVATE 2-PERSON ROOMS
Looking for a private space for you and a friend? With two twin-sized bunk mattresses and a modest amount of storage space, our quaint, two-person rooms are just the answer. A very limited number of twin rooms have side by side bunks instead of top and bottom bunks.
SHARED BATHROOMS
Our recently remodeled men’s and women’s bathrooms are located near guest rooms at either end of the Lodge. They feature several showers, sinks, and toilets in each.

Family Style Meals
Our Chef prepares breakfast and dinner with a bagged lunch given at breakfast. In the spirit of the Lodge, we also ask for volunteers to assist with setting up the Dining Room, serving and cleaning.
Living Room
With a rich wooden interior, vaulted ceilings, and an enormous fireplace, the Lewis Clark Room offers an inviting atmosphere for guests to make new friends, play games, or simply unwind after a long day in the great outdoors.
Free Laundry
An onsite laundry room is available to guests 24/7 and comes stocked with free detergent.
Library
Filled to the brim with a variety of books or bring your own book, or use your personal laptop. There is free wi-fi available here. Various seating areas and a fireplace!
